Answers to FAQs about our location and parking, what to bring to class, how to sign up, studio policies, and more.


LOCATION: All outdoor classes will be held at Maines Field, located 1/2 mile from the studio on Riverside Drive - click here to find the park.

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND MASKS: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet from all persons in the park.  Masks are required.

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to our limited schedule and the required small class size, our general cancellation policy is updated as follows:

  • You must cancel your reservation within 24 hours to keep your class in your account.
  • If you are a monthly unlimited member or using a free class you will not be charged any fees if you cancel within the 24 hour window.
  • If you do not cancel within the 24 hour window (called a late cancel), you will lose that class.
  • If you do not cancel within the 24 hour window, AND you are a monthly passholder OR you are using a free class or class-card gifted by The Hub, you will be charged a drop-in fee of $18. This is because if someone doesn't register due to a full class, we lose that customer opportunity, or if someone who is on the waitlist cannot be contacted in enough time to fill your spot, we lose that customer opportunity.
  • If you are a no-show, that means we cannot fill your reserved spot and you will be charged an additional drop-in fee of $18.
  • If the class is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, you will not lose your class nor will you be charged any fees.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?  A mask, plenty of water, a hand towel, and a yoga mat (not necessary but may be helpful). For the Saturday TRX Bootcamp, you may bring your own additional equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, etc.) and we will do our best to incorporate that into the workout for you!

The following FAQs apply to the Studio only:

Where are you located and where do I park?

You can find us on the corner of Nonotuck and Bliss Streets at the Nonotuck Mill, 296 Nonotuck St. in Florence, MA. Note that we are in the eastern part of the building, along Bliss Ave, separate from the main entrance. We are on the 2nd floor.

Parking is free (2 hour) along Nonotuck St., and we also have spaces at the lot for Nonotuck Mill across the street from us about half a block down. There is a sign indicating the lot is for Nonotuck Mill.

What should I bring to class?

Spin: Towel, Water, bike shoes with SPD cleats OR sneakers.

TRX: Towel, Water, Sneakers, and Yoga Mat.

Refleksiv (TRX Yoga): Towel, Water, and Yoga Mat.

We have yoga mats for a $3 rental if you forget yours. Please note you will not be allowed to wear shoes if you rent one of our mats. You will be able to do a TRX or Refleksiv yoga class without shoes.

How early before class should I arrive?

We request you get to class at least 15 minutes early, to check in with the instructor, get setup on the bike if spinning, and to get warmed up. This also allows us to start on time, which everyone appreciates!

What if I am late for class?

If there is a waitlist for the class, you may lose your spot if you are not in the studio within 5 minutes of the start of class.

Please be considerate of the other students and the instructors, and do your best to be on time. We understand things happen, but if we don't know you are running late, we may give your spot away.

If you are late for class and your spot is still available, please be responsible for your warmup prior to engaging in the more intense part of the workout.

What if I forget my water, towel, or mat?

We have clean towels you can use, and free water in a dispenser. If you forget your bottle, we sell great water bottles for $7.99 + tax.

We have yoga mats for a $3 rental if you forget yours. Please note you will not be allowed to wear shoes if you rent one of our mats. You will be able to do a TRX or Refleksiv yoga class without shoes.


What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life is busy and things can get complicated. That's why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel 24 or more hours before the scheduled class time, you will be refunded in full.

If you are a 1-month or 3-month unlimited member, and you cancel at least 24 hours prior to class or earlier, your account will not be charged any additional fees. However, if you don't cancel within that window, and we cannot fill your spot in a full class, we will need to charge you a drop-in fee ($18) for the class.

Cancellations may be made online via MindBody, or sent via email to; however, your cancellation email MUST BE CONFIRMED with a response from Tracy or other Hub Studio staff, or they will not be accepted. You may also cancel by calling 617-947-3070.

Do you have bathrooms and showers?

We have four bathrooms - two are on the first floor when you come into the building, and two at the top of the stairs on the second floor. They have gender signs on them but they are not gender-specific so you can ignore that!

Unfortunately we do not have showers, but we have class times during the morning and evening so you can plan your workouts around your schedule and shower needs. Perhaps in the future....
