Indoor Cycling/Spin

Our Indoor Cycling/Spin classes are 45 minutes and are individually designed by each instructor. Classes may include endurance rides, climbing hills, high intensity intervals, sprints, or jumps in a variety of ways that are sure to develop your aerobic and anaerobic systems.
Each instructor is unique so you will be challenged by the changing conditions with every workout! Also, our music is awesome - so if you want to just pedal and listen we dig it.

TRX® is Total-body Resistance Exercise and is an anchored, two-strap suspension training system that leverages your body weight against gravity to provide workouts that simultaneously target and challenge muscular stability, strength, and muscular endurance while improving flexibility, balance, coordination, and total power.
The best part is that EVERYONE can scale the workout in a TRX® class because YOU are in control of the level of difficulty with each exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Look Park Bootcamp Series

This is a 60-minute Boot Camp class on Saturday mornings (June 8th through August 31st) at Look Memorial Park, adjacent to the Kiddieville Train and Zoo area.

We use the TRX Suspension Trainers and TRX Rip Trainers, battle ropes, bands, other equipment, and body weight exercises to get your heart rate up and burn calories while developing strength and power.

Appropriate for all fitness levels for ages 12 and up.

If you attend the class parking is included.

POWER Barre is a 60-minute class that improves your functional movement, strength, and power by providing a low impact, high-intensity workout focusing on core engagement and muscular strength. These classes begin with foundational flexibility, mobility, and stability movements and gradually progress to strength and power work.

Our POWER Barre classes consist of upper and lower body foundational movements and include the use of additional equipment to increase resistance such as rings, balls, bands, and TRX Suspension Trainers. The movements are accessible to beginners yet will challenge more advanced athletes.

Spin and Strength

This is a 60-minute class with approximately 35 minutes of high-intensity intervals on the spin bike, followed by a strength training circuit workout either on a mat or using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, and/or TRX Rip Trainers.
If you use clip-in shoes for cycling, we recommend you also bring an athletic shoe/sneaker for the strength portion of the class.
