POWER Barre is a 60-minute class that improves your functional movement, strength, and power by providing a low impact, high-intensity workout focusing on core engagement and muscular strength. These classes begin with foundational flexibility, mobility, and stability movements and gradually progress to strength and powers work.
Our POWER Barre classes consist of upper and lower body foundational movements and include the use of additional equipment to increase resistance such as rings, balls, bands, and TRX Suspension Trainers. The movements are accessible to beginners yet will challenge more advanced athletes.
